- Shared resources where you'd otherwise be tracking reservations in a spreadsheet or Slack: vehicle pools, meeting rooms, lab equipment, instruments, studio time, sports facilities, lecturer office hours, lending libraries. One booking page can list multiple resources with availability shown per resource.
- Does it require any third-party service to send emails?
- No. booknslot sends OTP codes and booking notifications through WordPress's built-in wp_mail(). If your host's default mail delivery is unreliable, install any SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP, Fluent SMTP, Post SMTP) and booknslot picks it up automatically — no extra configuration on the booknslot side.
- Will it conflict with my theme?
- The public booking widget ships with scoped CSS and no jQuery dependency. Tested against Astra, GeneratePress, Twenty Twenty-Four, Kadence, and Blocksy. If your theme aggressively resets form elements, open a support ticket and we will help.
- What's the difference between Annual and Lifetime?
- Annual is $249/year for one site and auto-renews: you keep getting updates and support while it stays active. Lifetime is $699 once and adds the advanced pack (per-resource approval rules, multi-approver thresholds, the full 25-template email library) with updates and support forever. - Can I use one license on multiple sites?
- No — each license activates on 1 WordPress site. If you manage multiple client sites or need a fleet license, contact us at hello@booknslot.com for a custom multi-site tier.
- What happens if my Annual subscription lapses?
- The plugin keeps working on the site you activated. New bookings keep flowing, existing bookings stay editable. You stop receiving plugin updates and support until you renew, which reactivates them immediately. A 7-day grace period covers brief license-validation outages.
